On-Site Service means that a factory-trained engineer will provide Services at Customer’s location. Services will be performed by mutually agreed date and time, Monday through Saturday, including holidays for any emergency. Customer is to ensure Covered Equipment is available for Services at scheduled times. Some Services may not be completed On-Site. MACAW's engineer will cover travel and/or round-trip freight for Covered Equipment that must be sent to our designated facility for repair.
We do have over 10 years experienced engineers to conduct your service job with high efficiency. We are available 24x7 to support you.
Service Area:
Our service areas are, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Sikkim and North East India. But we also give service/spare support for other Indian and out side of Indian territory as well, like Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar, UAE, Saudi Arabia and many more as per customer requirement.
